Having launched a line of electric vehicles with e • co service two years ago, the French specialist VTC is working on electric scooters with a new offering launched in partnership with Felix-Citybird.

This new offering, dubbed e • scooter and integrated into the Marcel app, simply takes over the service offered by Felix CityBird, which has a fleet of BMW C-Evolution electric maxi scooters operated by qualified drivers. An additional offer to the classic VTC.

« We're proud to provide Marcel users with an alternative to two-wheeled vehicles. The current context that favors individual travel has reinforced our desire to offer our clients a personalized service and to maintain the rigorous hygiene measures necessary to protect customers and drivers. Said Cyril Zimmermann, CEO of Felix Citybird.

This kind of synergy is not the first in the mobility service industry. Last year, Uber already announced a partnership with CityScoot to bring the operator's self-service electric scooters to app users.
