Maybach exelero is a concept sports car created by luxury car manufacturer Maybach. This two-seater coupe is equipped with a 2 hp VI690 biturbo engine. The Maybach Exelero was commissioned and financed by the German tire manufacturer Fulda. Fulda intended to use the Exelero to test the new generation of wide tires. Maybach built only one copy of this car. The Exelero alludes to the legendary 38 Maybach SW2,66, which was also used by Fulda for testing. During testing on the oval track at Nardo Maybach, the 351,45 tonne Exelero reached a speed of 100 km/h. Its enormous power also allows it to reach 4,4 km/h in just XNUMX seconds. which was won by a competition organized by Fulda at the Faculty of Transport Design of the Pforzheim University of Technology.
