• S300, equipped with a V-shaped 6-cylinder diesel engine with a volume of 3000 cm3 and a capacity of 258 hp;
• S500 with a 4,7-liter petrol V8 developing 455 hp;
• S300 Bluetec Hybrid, which is powered by a 4-cylinder 2,1-liter diesel with 204 hp. paired with a 27-horsepower electric motor; accelerating to 100 km / h in just 7,6 seconds, this sedan consumes only 4,4 liters of fuel on the combined cycle;
• S400 Hybrid with 6 hp V306 petrol engine and a 27-horsepower electric motor; the car accelerates to a hundred in 6,3 seconds, while consuming 6,3 liters of fuel per 100 kilometers.

The company plans to replenish the premium lineup with both more powerful versions and the most economical W222, naturally a hybrid, which will spend a meager 4 liters of fuel.

The transmission is, of course, automatic, 7-speed, which in the future is planned to be replaced by 9-speed. Wheel drive - rear and full. And the adaptive air suspension Magic Body Control on the 222nd is already installed in the basic configuration and can be adjusted to the road situation in advance.

The appearance of the new Mercedes-Benz is easily guessed of the evolved features of the previous generation, and it looks no less ultramodern.
