A description of a rather disturbing event appeared in a group of electric car drivers in Poland. The Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV was immobilized by the Ekoenergetyka-Polska Orlen charger. The car had to go to the dealer in a tow truck.

This Outlander PHEV is exactly the same car that its owner told us about a year and a half ago (see: Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV - OPINION / interview with the owner). Today he is four years old, has run almost 63,5 thousand kilometers and, as Mr. Slavomir shows, he has several hundred Chademo sessions behind him.

The car was grounded by a PKN Orlen charger in Warsaw near ul. Bielańska (PlugShare HERE). There was a bug in the car EV system maintenance requiredwhich could not be eliminated either by disconnecting the 12V battery or the main traction battery (battery). The car drove to the service station in a tow truck, and it turned out that ... no error was recorded. The car was "repaired by myself" after connecting the MUT-3 diagnostic computer.

The dealer suggested that this is a problem with the Chademo charger, which is manufactured by Ekoenergetika-Poland. EV Charge Partner Polska, commenting in the comments, stated that such an error could in fact be related to the failure of the charging station.

Arkadiusz, an internet user, had a similar situation at the Ekoenergetyki station in Ostrow Wielkopolski, but this was true for the Opel Ampera.
