A heat engine, such as a motorcycle engine, wears out as a result of normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or long-term storage. Its tightness is undermined. The loss of compression is then determined, which results in decreased performance, excessive fuel consumption, engine malfunction, or even the loss of one or more cylinders.
