The desire to make yourself and your entire team better

Hard work. Positive. Persistent. When you ask Aaron Sinderman's colleagues at our Cole Park store to describe him, you will most likely hear those exact words.

When Aaron first thought about getting into the automotive business around 2016, he turned to a friend who worked for Chapel Hill Tire. After learning a little more about the industry, he was sent to work.

“I stayed here because I was able to progress. I started working at Chapel Hill Tire without knowing anything. After years of learning and growing, I now work as a technician,” said Zinderman, who is grateful for the company's guidance and support. “Chapel Hill Tire has helped me grow not only as a mechanic, but as a person,” he said.

For Aaron, becoming an automotive technician is much more difficult than for the average person. He lives with cerebral palsy, which affects his muscle tone and movement. But Aaron doesn't let that hold him back. He comes every day, ready to work hard and do his job.

“He doesn’t know how to make excuses,” said his colleague and Cole Park store manager Peter Rozzell. “He has an outstanding work ethic. He never complains. He takes any job he is given, he does it and he does it well.”

Looking to the future, Aaron sees more room for further growth. Not only does the company provide a clear career path for all employees who want to develop, the strong sense of teamwork from their colleagues is a daily source of encouragement. “If there is something I don’t know, my colleagues are always ready to help,” he said. “Chapel Hill Tire is like a family, so teamwork goes a long way.”

In addition to being a reliable and hardworking mechanic, Aaron maintains a positive relationship at the Cole Park store due to his energetic and fun personality. “He is always in a good mood. He's incredibly fun and interesting and he really brightens up the team," Rozzell continued.

“I hope I bring sincerity to clients. I'm here to make sure you get great care from someone who cares," he said.

“Striving for Excellence” and “We Win as a Team” are the two core values of Chapel Hill Tire. We are all proud and happy to hear people tell us that Aaron embodies these values. Thank you Aaron for making this company better. We look forward to cooperating with you for many years.
