Causes of malfunction of the VAZ 2110, 2111 and 2112 windscreen washer
In fact, the problems in which glass washers may not work can be divided into two points:
- electrical part
- mechanical part
As for the electrical, here first of all it is worth checking such elements as:
- Fuse that is responsible for powering the windshield washer motor
- Washer switch relay
- Directly the washer motor itself
If after checking it turned out that all of the listed items have no problems, then it is worth checking the following:
- See if there is water in the tank. If it is absent, fill the tank to the required level with antifreeze liquid or water, depending on the ambient temperature.
- Pay attention to the integrity of the hoses, and if there are damage in some places, repair them or completely replace the damaged hoses
- Check and, if necessary, clean the holes in the nozzles (nozzles) of the VAZ 2110, 2111, 2112 washers. It often happens that when using dirty water in the tank, the nozzles become clogged and then water cannot normally flow through their holes
