Until recently, he was a true admirer of the domestic auto industry, until a small amount of money appeared, which was quite enough to purchase an inexpensive new foreign car. Well, first things first. Throughout his life he owned only Russian cars, first six, then seven and then VAZ 2115. He took all new cars from car dealerships, and drove each of them for at least 4 years. When I was buying a VAZ 2115, I thought that I would now have this car for the rest of my life, but suddenly money appeared and decided to buy a new foreign car Nissan Tiida. Of course I wanted to buy a Mazda 6, but judging by the reviews, Mazda spare parts are not cheap, so I will buy this Japanese woman for myself a little later.

Of course, there was still not enough money for a chic package, and took it easier, but still heaven and earth compared to our auto industry. When I drove a VAZ 2115, the sounds in the cabin were constantly strained, absolutely every detail creaked, rattled, rattling came from every part of the car. There were no serious breakdowns for 4 years of operation, and thank God, I never even had an accident, and I sold the car in perfect condition, there was not a single trace of corrosion on the body yet.

But when I sat down in the new Nisan Tiida in a car dealership, I immediately appreciated the quality of foreign cars, here it is even inappropriate to compare these cars, but still I want to tell my first impressions of driving a Nissan. Firstly, when you get into this car, it feels like there is enough space behind the wheel for two, such a spaciousness. The rear passengers, too, can easily fall apart in three, unlike the VAZ 2115.

If on a Zhiguli everything creaked and rattled, then on a Nissan Tiida, driving delivers only positive emotions, nothing creaks anywhere, the silence is almost perfect. The plastic, of course, is not of the highest quality, but it is soft, and quite pleasant to the touch, it will definitely not squeak. Very comfortable steering wheel, soft and non-slip. Two airbags are standard on the Nissan Tiida.

The gearbox is 5-speed manual, I didn't have enough money for an automatic machine, and I got used to driving with mechanics all my life, to which I have to retrain and get used to, it suits me perfectly. A very convenient gear lever, unlike the VAZ 2115. And two cup holders are conveniently located next to it.

Controlling the car's heater is also quite convenient and made in a classic style. By the way, the climate control panel is somewhat reminiscent of Lada Kalina, of course, only everything is done better. The same regulation of the temperature and power of the air flow, and the control of the damper of the fresh air entering the passenger compartment is similar to Kalinovskaya.

 

When driving, sometimes you don't even understand whether the engine is working, because Nissan's sound insulation is decent and of high quality. The dynamics of the car is also at a height, the acceleration will be faster than the fifteenth, and the smoothness of the ride is beyond praise, there are simply no words. In the basic version, the car is equipped with ABS, so the braking performance is superb. And there is also an EBD brake force distribution system.

I am satisfied with the car, there are simply no words. Now I understand what a new foreign car means, I’m unlikely to sit on our car now, I’ve already got used to it in half a year, as if I’ve been driving all my life.

    Well, of course you have found something to compare with. Although Nissan Tiida was created for third world countries, our cars are still far from foreign cars, especially those made in Japan. Nissan is beyond competition in front of Avtovaz, this is definitely.

    Well, when there is nothing more to compare, why not. I have a situation now, I drive a VAZ 2115. A 2006 car in a luxury configuration. Of her qualities - rides. Prior to that, there was a Nissan Pulsar, right-handed 1997 release. So here we can say that this is heaven and earth. Considering that I had the lowest equipment: power steering, ABS, air conditioning, electrically adjustable and heated mirrors, automatic transmission and ... nothing rattled or broke. By the way, the climate control unit is almost the same 🙂 I’ve been driving for 15 for three months now, unfortunately I can’t get used to it 🙁 It’s not comfortable to sit, I pushed the seat back, now I can’t sit back normally, it fastens, strums, buzzes, corrodes in places slowly. The gaps and fit of parts are poor. Well, to ride - it will do, no more. And if you take a 90-year-old Nissan or Toyota, it will also give odds to Vaz. So I understand your admiration after the Russian car.
