If you want to donate your car to someone, then for this you need to draw up a donation agreement. Before entering into this agreement, you should think carefully, because according to the law, the tax on donated property is 13 percent of the value of the property. The tax is not charged only if you give the car to family members or close relatives.

In the conclusion, as in any other contract, the details and addresses of the parties are indicated. Here you need to enter the passport data of the donor and the donee and their addresses of residence. Both parties put their signatures under the contract. The fact of the transfer of property into ownership is also confirmed by the signature.
