In terms of their characteristics, the models are generally similar, but the more expensive model is distinguished by the presence of a GPS module with a loaded base of stationary cameras. The Maya Tomahawk has a multi-colored LED display, while the Navajo Tomahawk has an LCD display that displays information in a pleasing white color.

Other parameters:

• work with all ranges that are used in Russia and in neighboring countries;

All of these car gadgets have received very good reviews. The RD-200 series is equipped with GPS modules, while the rest operate exclusively in the radio range, there are also laser detectors with a circular lens coverage.

If you decide to purchase radar detectors of this brand, stop at the Artway RD-202 model. Its advantages are obvious:

We had the opportunity to test this model, although the price for it in different stores varies - up to 5000 rubles. Nevertheless, even for that kind of money, this radar detector is worth buying. We used it both in Moscow and outside the city. In general, he responded very well to the Strelka and to all other devices for fixing the speed.

iBOX

Another relatively new brand for the Russian motorist. Today you can purchase a wide range of models at prices ranging from 2999 to 7999 rubles. We would advise you to stay on such devices:

• iBOX PRO 900 GPS - 7999 rubles;
• iBOX PRO 700 GPS - 6499 rubles;
• iBOX PRO 800 GPS - 6999 rubles;
• iBOX X10 GPS - 4999 p.

It is these models that received the most positive feedback. As the name implies, all of them are equipped with GPS modules, that is, you can memorize and regularly update the base of stationary speed fixing systems, as well as cameras.

The most expensive device for 7999 rubles is equipped with a lot of additional functions: Antison, GLONASS/GPS, multi-level filters for the city and the highway, user-friendly design, voice alerts, operation on all radio bands, optical lens with 360-degree coverage, operation with impulse modes, VG-2 detection protection.

In principle, all drivers who have purchased iBOX, instead of Sho-Me and other cheaper analogues, note the high build quality, good capture of ARROW and Avtodoria, ease of attachment. My MiRaD

Mark Mio is known as one of the leaders in the production of DVRs. But its radar detectors also show good results, so they sell pretty well on the domestic market.

We would single out the following models:

• Mio MiRaD 1360 - from 5200 rubles;
• Mio MiRaD 1350 - from 4800 rubles;
• Mio MiRaD 800 - from two thousand rubles.

The first two devices are equipped with a GPS module, which significantly increases the price and functionality. Mio MiRaD 800 works only in the radio range, but, according to reviews, it copes with this task quite well. Although you can’t expect any super quality for 2000 rubles, so be prepared for false positives and untimely detection of traffic cops with radars hidden in the bushes.

Naturally, we advise you to purchase one of the two more expensive models. They are equipped with all the necessary functionality. In addition, there are a number of additional options: Anti-sleep, improved filtering of false VCO signals, display of the current vehicle speed, the ability to work with other electronic gadgets. The anti-radar remembers all the settings, is mounted on the windshield or on the rug.

Radartech Pilot

These radar detectors belong to the expensive segment. If you are ready to shell out more than 10 thousand rubles, then pay attention to the following models:

• Radartech Pilot 31RS - from 22 thousand (separated model);
• Radartech Pilot 11RS optimal - from 11 rubles;
• Radartech Pilot 21RS plus - from 12 thousand rubles.

There are other devices under this brand, but they are not in great demand due to the high price.

11RS Optimal we had the good fortune to test. Impressions are the best. In principle, a base of stationary devices is enough to no longer receive letters of happiness. In the radio range, the device also works perfectly, capturing the main threats: STRELKA, Robot, Avtodoriya, KRIS, VIZIR and other radars.

The spaced model for 22 thousand also shows good results, but its main disadvantage is that it is better to entrust the installation to professionals. The catching module must be placed behind the radiator grille. In the cabin, there will be only a display. The display, by the way, is very small and uninformative. Fortunately, there are audio prompts in Russian. In addition, at the entrance to the next camera or radar, Geiger will be activated and signal you about a hidden threat. The sound is a little annoying, but it can be adjusted.
