If you prefer to pay in cash at the bank's cash desk, then the commission will be charged everywhere. You also need to pay interest when using Internet banking from various credit organizations.

Conclusions

After analyzing many of the available methods of paying traffic police fines, we come to the conclusion that payment without commission in modern economic realities is a “duck”. According to the legislation, the commission is not charged only when paying taxes and mandatory fees (for example, when registering a car). Penalties also pass as transfers of funds to the settlement account of a legal entity.

Let us also remind you that there have already been numerous legal proceedings against banks. So, the wording like “commission 3%, but not less than 30 rubles” misleads people, because, for example, from 500 rubles, the commission should be 15 rubles, not 30. Banks, on the other hand, limit the size of the commission to fixed amounts - from 30 rubles up to two thousand.

Unfortunately, it was not possible to achieve the truth in court, and such a restriction can be seen in many credit organizations.
