The law on electromobility has been in effect in Poland since February 2018. parent against any local ordinances [which I discussed with the police quite some time ago - see the video below]. The Electric Mobility Act allows electric vehicle owners to:
- ride the bus lanes,
- to park in paid parking lots for free.
In addition, as of July 1, 2018, electric vehicle drivers can apply to their city / municipal authorities to obtain an “EE” sticker for electric vehicles. Read more about this in the article:

On February 16, 2018, Resolution No. LV / 1086/18 came into force, according to which:
- with chargers, you can park electric cars and hybrid cars for free (unfortunately, old hybrids),
- Holders of eco-cards, that is, owners of electric vehicles and hybrid vehicles, can park for free in paid city parking lots.
To obtain an eco-card, contact the paid parking office of the municipal institution (14/2 Kollontaya St., Opole) with a registration certificate, which contains information about a hybrid or electric drive.
