The main message and goal of Roulunds Braking is to maintain the highest quality of friction materials, which will provide customers with high braking performance in all situations.

They achieve this by constantly researching, developing and testing new friction compounds. All raw materials and components used in the production process are tested in our own laboratories equipped with modern equipment. After passing all the tests, the raw material enters the production, where the optimal conditions for mixing and pressing this mixture are established. Before launching new compounds on the market, they are tested on inertial stands that simulate the operation of the brake system on a 1: 1 scale - the influence of braking parameters on its effectiveness and lining wear is checked.

After completion of laboratory tests on the vehicle, tests are carried out and only after their positive completion - new ones.
