Car personalization. How to stand out on the road?

The design of the car is a very important criterion when choosing a vehicle when buying it. However, some buyers expect more. For them, manufacturers offer stylistic packages or special versions of cars.

Styling packages give the car a completely different character and often turn a car that stands out from the crowd into an attractive vehicle. Sometimes even the installation of aluminum wheels instead of the usual steel wheels gives the car expressiveness. A number of other styling elements are available to the buyer, such as side skirts, spoilers, grille grilles or attractive tailpipe trims.

Until recently, styling packages were intended mainly for higher-class cars. Now they are also available in more popular segments. Skoda, for example, has such an offer in its catalog.

Each model of this brand can be equipped with a wide range of stylistic accessories. You can also choose special packages that, in addition to accessories and color options, contain equipment items that increase the functionality of the car or driving comfort. Skoda also offers special versions of the models, which are characterized by a sporty appearance of the exterior and interior.

For example, the Fabia is available in the Monte Carlo version. It can be recognized by its black bodywork, grille, mirror caps, door sills and bumper covers. The main color in the cabin is black. This is the color of the headlining and pillars, floor mats, as well as the leather steering wheel and front door panels. The red line is visible on the last two elements. The dashboard, which is also finished in black, has carbon fiber trim. In addition, the front sports seats are integrated into the head restraints.

The Fabia can also be personalized by choosing the Dynamic package. It includes elements of interior equipment, such as sports seats, a multifunctional sports steering wheel, pedal covers, a black interior, as well as a sports suspension.

The Dynamic package can also be selected for the Skoda Octavia. The kit includes sports seats with integrated head restraints, black upholstery with gray or red details, side skirts and a trunk lid spoiler.

Octavia is also available as an option with the Ambiente Lighting package. This is a system that includes several light points in the interior, thanks to which it acquires an individual character. The package includes: LED lighting for the front and rear doors, lighting for the front and rear legs, warning lights for the front doors.

The Octavia family also includes models targeted at specific customer groups. For example, the Octavia RS is a car for lovers of dynamic driving and sports style, featuring a special exterior and interior design. However, the main attribute of this car are the engines. It can be a 2-liter diesel engine with 184 hp. (also available with all-wheel drive) or a 2 hp 245-litre petrol engine.

In Skoda, an SUV can also look more dynamic. For example, the Karoq is available in the Sportline version, which emphasizes dynamic style with specially styled bumpers, tinted windows, black roof rails and Sportline badges on the front fenders. The interior is dominated by black. Black sports seats, perforated leather on the steering wheel, headlining and roof pillars. The stainless steel pedal caps contrast with the dark elements.

The Karoq model can also be even more off-road. Such is the character of the Scout version, whose off-road qualities are emphasized by, among other things: door moldings and trims surrounding the chassis front and rear, tinted windows and 18-inch anthracite polished alloy wheels.

Styling packages have also been prepared for the latest Skoda model, the Scala. In the Image package, the body has an extended trunk lid window, black side mirrors, and in the Ambition package it also has LED taillights. The Emotion package, in addition to the extended rear window and black side mirrors, also includes a panoramic roof, Full LED headlights, and in the Ambition version also Full LED rear lights.
