Peugeot 407 Coupe 2.7 V6 HDi

But there is also that intermediate generation that still feels so young that they appreciate the liveliness of the engine and sometimes crave a well-balanced dose of acceleration, but also dislike the stiff sport dampers, in short, appreciate the softness of the seat that doesn't tire in the long run.

As you spent your time with this Peugeot 407 Coupe, powered by a superb 2-liter six-cylinder diesel engine with 7 kW and 150 Nm of torque, it became clearer every day who this aesthetic car really was for. leather. Especially middle-aged and mature gentlemen! It would be difficult to recommend him to the family's father, since he has too demanding entrance to the back bench, where otherwise two children sit well, and three would already be screaming. Therefore, making it a family coupe is definitely out of the question.

Even quite economical (taking into account the consumption of 12 liters per 100 kilometers despite acceleration) and at the same time super powerful (from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour it takes nine seconds, and on the highway you can drive up to 230 kilometers per hour) does not help being defended by the father of his family in front of the better half, who usually own 51% of the shares of the family finance board. Such a man will first have to wait until the children become independent, and until then he can only think about the five-door 407 model or the van version.

Let's go back to the gentlemen. They will appreciate the comfort of a soft automatic transmission that is not sporty but perfectly matches the character of the car. It's also commendable that you put two sets of clubs in its 400-liter trunk and go out onto the field refreshed. In terms of comfort, the Peugeot chassis is as profitable as the Valerian drops, the seats, upholstery and equipment are of high quality and of a high standard, as befits a high-end car. It is impossible to overdo it with corners, but even if you want to, the electronics will quickly prevent any nonsense. So for safety, it deserves a big plus.

And in case you didn't already know, Mr. Rode himself (along with the driver, of course) travels in the XNUMX on business outside the Vatican. In our case, the cardinal red color on the test car is just a coincidence, but it suits him, namely the car!
