🚗 How to opt out of auto insurance for your car?

However, in these cases, you can terminate the auto insurance contract at different times in its life: first after its expiration, and then at each period of the insurance year:

To help you meet the termination letter submission deadline, the insurer is required by law to remind you of your right to terminate when they send you termination notice.

If your insurer has not sent you a reminder of your right to cancel at the same time as due notice, you can cancel at any time, even after the period has expired, without penalty. 📝 How to write an auto insurance termination letter?

Whatever the reason for canceling auto insurance, the letter must contain a certain amount of information:

• Your identity (name and surname) and your contact details ;
