You will need reliable manufacturing schemes that are downloaded on the Internet. Measurements are made on them. First, all possible distances from the main edge of the channel are measured, then it is processed. The thickness of the side wall in the area where it is connected to the outer shelf is 8 millimeters. Sawing the length of the transverse direction, the cut should end at the same distance (eight millimeters) to the edge of the outer flange of the channel. A small grinder is used to cut out transverse windows, and a large grinder is used for longitudinal ones. Once the window cut is complete, the sidewall contour is cut and then the chamfers are removed.

To increase protection, the corners are fixed to the fastening element of the box support and to any area of the subframe. To provide enhanced protection, the structure must have greater strength and increased flatness by changing the profile of the side parts of the subframe. On the cutout line for the distribution box, the corners equipped with protection fixing angles are welded into the channel on the panels on the sides with a shelf down. A frame is formed inside the channel, which has corners in the amount of four pieces. It is possible to trim the sidewall of the channel under the angle shelf. This design significantly increases the subframe, reducing the height by fifty percent.
