Carwow ran the 1/4 mile race of the Porsche Taycan Turbo S and Porsche 911 Turbo S, two of the world's most dynamic Porsche models of electric and combustion vehicles. The Taycan was slower from the start and had an advantage in other tests.

Porsche burns out faster, both drivers would prefer ... electric 🙂

The internal combustion Porsche 911 Turbo S is equipped with a 6-cylinder turbocharged combustion engine with 478 kW (650 hp) and 800 Nm of torque. According to the manufacturer, the 911 Turbo S accelerates from 100 to 2,7 km/h in 200 seconds. Up to 8,9 km / h - 1,65 seconds. The car weighed XNUMX tons.

The electrician - like an electrician - was much heavier (2,3 tons) but had 560 kW (761 hp) of power and 1 Nm of torque. The greater weight is due to the use of batteries, the higher torque is of course due to the electric motors.

Interestingly, although the driver of the 911 Turbo S was delighted with the car's dynamics, he would have preferred to buy an electrician. The creator of Carwow would have made exactly the same decision. They both believed that The Porsche Taycan is quieter, more practical, more comfortable due to the lack of refueling and ... looks better.
