Fuses and relay Renault Duster
Content
Fuses in Renault Duster, as in any other car, are the basis for protecting the on-board electrical network from short circuits. When they burn out, the electrical appliance to which they are connected stops working. This article will tell you where they are in the restyled version of the Renault Duster HS, 2015-2021 release, about the location diagrams and decoding the purpose of each element.
Blocks with fuses and relays in the engine compartment
The location of the fuse and relay box in the restyled Renault Duster has not changed compared to the 2010 version: it is installed on the left wing next to the left suspension strut support cup.

Removal and replacement process
For the procedure in question, only standard plastic tweezers are required.
In the cabin
The procedure is as follows:
- Switch off the ignition and open the driver's door.
- Remove the mounting block cover.
- Take the plastic tweezers from the back of the lid.
- Pull out the desired fuse with tweezers.
- Install a new element and check the operation of the fuse protection device.
- Reinstall the cover.
Under the hood
The procedure is as follows:
- Switch off the ignition and remove the key from the lock.
- Remove the plastic clips from the upholstery.
- Open the hood.
- Open the engine compartment cover by pressing on the plastic latch located next to the negative battery terminal and remove the cover.
- Grab the desired item with tweezers and pull it out. To get the relay, you need to lift it. If it doesn't budge, shake it back and forth and try again.
- Install new items and try turning on a non-working device. If it does not work or stops working after a few seconds, it is most likely defective or the connecting cables are damaged.
- Install the removed parts in reverse order.
