Tesla Model 3 performance while driving can be easily compared - and it's better - than the top-end Mercedes (AMG) or BMW (M series) products. When you step on the gas pedal, the car accelerates instantly, there are no transmission delays, and some lack of power is only felt at higher speeds.

The 3 Performance model performs much better in corners, even with strong throttle, because, as you might guess, the torque metering accuracy is electronically controlled. In a car with an internal combustion engine, the same electronics has only one tool at its disposal: the brakes.
