How does the car pickup and delivery service work?

Chapel Hill Tire has integrated our pickup/delivery services directly into our scheduling tool. Simply select "pick up and deliver" when making your appointment and you will be called to confirm a mechanic is available at that time. If there is a scheduling conflict that could interfere with your ability to pick up, they will find another time that works for you. 

At the time of pickup, you just need to leave the keys in the unlocked car. Our experts will take you home or to work and return your car to service. Using meticulous sanitation measures such as latex gloves, steering wheel covers, disinfectant wipes and more, our technicians work to keep your vehicle safe. We will keep you updated with messages during your visit to the service. Once this is completed, you can pay by text in a completely contactless transaction. Chapel Hill Tire has made our pickup/delivery service FREE during the COVID-19 pandemic to support customers who may feel unsafe or uncomfortable while shopping. While the mechanic will always work to help you, there are certain issues that they will not be able to help you with at the time of pickup/delivery. For example, if your car is out of order, they won't be able to deliver it to the store. Unfortunately, our mechanics do not offer towing services.
