The cheapest Lada Priora went on sale

For several months now, there have been active conversations about the need to give motivation to people when buying a car in times of crisis, and in particular, one of the steps that contributed to this was taken. Namely, the ultra-budget Lada Priora was launched into a series in the minimum configuration, with the “cutting down” of some functions and the reduction in the cost of components.

Already today, starting from March 2016, the cheapest Priora can be bought at car dealerships in the country. The price of a car in the “STANDARD” configuration will be 389 rubles. But with all this, the car is quite well equipped:

• ABS system
• Daytime Running Lights

Of course, there are also disadvantages that are inherent in Priore:

• 8-valve engine with a volume of 1,6 liters
• lack of immobilizer and burglar alarm
• the rear head restraints of the center armrest are now gone
• lack of adjustment of seat belts in height
• lack of a mirror in the sun visor of the passenger
• there is no central locking with a remote control now either

It is worth noting that the absence of many of the functions listed above is not critical for many at all, and in fact, most drivers may even consider them superfluous. But what a gain the new cheap Priora receives in price. If up to this point the car cost 437 in the most affordable configuration, now the cost has been reduced by almost 700 rubles.
