Serial 1: Harley-Davidson electric bikes arrive in France
A new brand dedicated to electric bikes, Serial 1, arrives at the showrooms of the American brand.
Iconic motorcycle brand Harley-Davidson is officially entering the electric bike market. Introduced at the end of 2020, the new Serial 1 brand has just arrived at the dealerships of this line.
Today, Harley Davidson's electric bike range consists of three models: Rush / Cty, Rush / Cty Step Thru, Mosh / Cty. All are powered by a Brose engine delivering impressive torque of up to 90 Nm. The capacity of the battery housed in the frame ranges from 529 to 706 Wh depending on the model chosen.
On the mechanical side, the Rush / Cty and Rush / Cty Step Thru get an Enviolo automatic transmission, while the entry-level uses a manual system.
When it comes to pricing, Serial 1 electric bikes are at the top of the line. Count up to € 3 for the entry-level and up to € 499 for the Rush / Cty version equipped with a 4 Wh battery.
