What does it consist of?

So, there is a cage that makes sure that the balls are arranged in a neat row, it almost makes you think about the chain. The whole thing is squeezed between two rings called rings. Note that there is usually a baffle that hides the balls that are used to store the oil, which provides internal lubrication to the bearing. This lubricant limits friction and therefore heat. Consequence: it lasts longer and is more resistant to high rotational speeds.
