Nokian tires win winter tire test

The Nokian WR showed the best results among all tires tested. 
tires in the disciplines of braking, accelerating and handling on ice. In handling on snow and braking on dry surfaces, its performance was also the best. The braking distance on ice was 21,6 meters shorter than the worst of the eight premium winter tires tested. The tire scored 19,8 points out of 20 possible in the Ice Acceleration category.
The winter tires Nokian WR D3, rated as "highly recommended", also won the 2011 winter tire tests conducted by the German motoring magazine "sport auto" and the TV program "auto mobil" broadcast by Vox.
