Strange and mysterious patents owned by the US military. Crazy, genius or patent troll

The US Navy has patented "reality structure enhancement," a compact fusion reactor, an "inertial mass reduction" engine, and many other weird-sounding things. US Patent Law in the US allows you to file these so-called "UFO Patents". However, according to some reports, prototypes were to be built.

At least that's what The War Zone, which conducted a journalistic investigation into these mysterious patents, claims. Proven to be behind them Dr. Salvatore Cesar Pais (one). Although his image is known, journalists write that they are not sure if this person really exists. According to them, Pais worked in many different departments. navyincluding the Naval Center Aviation Division (NAVAIR/NAWCAD) and the Strategic Systems Program (SSP). SSP Mission: "providing reliable and affordable strategic solutions for the military". It is an organization responsible in particular for the development of technology behind Trident-class nuclear missileslaunched from submarines.

All the mentioned “UFO patents” are related to each other in one way or another. They are connected not only by the personality of Pais, but also by the concept called by the author himself "pais effect". The idea is that “the controlled movement of electrically charged matter through accelerated vibration and/or accelerated rotation can produce very high energies and high intensity electromagnetic fields.”

For example, Pais argues that using appropriately rotating electromagnetic fields, it is possible, for example, to master the fusion reaction. In one of the patents of Pais and the Navy, for a change, a hypothetical thermonuclear engine in a "hybrid spacecraft". According to the patent, such a vehicle could travel across land, sea and space at incredible speeds.

Other patents allegedly invented by Pais and pending patents signed by the Navy are referred to in the descriptions as "high temperature superconductor", "electromagnetic field generator", and "high frequency gravitational wave generator".

For example, Pais' application describes a "high temperature superconductor" as a wire consisting of a metal coating on an insulator core. electromagnetic coil surrounds the conductor, and when activated by a pulsed current, this coil causes oscillations that allow the conductor to act as a superconductor. Everything in these patents is based on electromagnetic effects.

The names of these patents sound like science fiction. Some are surprised that the Navy gives these dubious inventions their name. Emails between Pace and US Navy officials, released by The War Zone, indicate that there was a real internal battle over these patents, won by a mad (or brilliant) scientist. In the descriptions of the patents, some of Pais's solutions are called "working", which, according to "The War Zone", would mean that prototype demonstrations would have to be held in front of the Navy.

The work of a scientist on this topic compact fusion reactor was published in the prestigious scientific journal "Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Dedicated to Plasma Science" in November 2019. “The fact that my paper on the design of a compact fusion reactor was accepted for publication in such a prestigious journal as IEEE TPS says a lot about its importance and credibility. And that should remove (or at least mitigate) any misconceptions anyone might have about the truth (or possibilities) of my advanced physics concepts,” Pais comments for The War Zone. As he added, “high-energy electromagnetic radiation can interact locally with the Vacuum Energy State (VES). WEIGHT is the fifth state of matter, in other words, the fundamental structure (underlying framework) from which everything (including space-time) emerges in our quantum reality.”

When we look in the US patent database, we find these "UFO patents» Pais with a clear assignment to the US Navy (2). And we don't know what to think about it.
