Heated and ventilated seats provide pleasant warmth on frosty mornings and pleasant coolness on hot days.

And if you add a relaxing massage to this, then even a long journey will pass quickly and not tiringly. Every driver dreams of such seats, but, unfortunately, not every car has such a luxury.

When buying a new car, heated seats can be ordered at an additional cost. Interestingly, the entire heated seat is not in the spare parts, so it is almost impossible to replace them later. However, it is possible to install a seat heating system in a used car.

Heated front seats on a Honda Accord cost almost PLN 5 plus labor costs - about a few hundred PLN. It will be much cheaper to buy a universal mat that is placed under the seat cover. The cost of such a rug for two chairs is about PLN 200. It is best to entrust the assembly to an upholsterer, because only a specialist is able to assemble a chair so that it looks like new. An even cheaper, but also less convenient way is to buy a heated mat that you place on your seat and plug into the cigarette lighter socket. The advantage is the low price, which ranges from PLN 30 to 50 depending on the quality and the possibility of adjusting the heating intensity.

Heated and ventilated multi-contour seats are used in luxury cars and can be ordered when purchasing, for example, the Mercedes S-Class or the BMW 7 Series. A much bigger problem is the installation of ventilated seats in used cars. First, it is impossible to order the whole chair. The catalog includes only individual items, the price of which makes one dizzy and such an operation is financially unprofitable. For example, a part of a seat (seat frame) for a Mercedes S-class costs about PLN 6. And this is just one of many elements, and the cost of the entire chair can even be tens of thousands of zlotys. Is it possible to buy a used seat, and this is not easy and cheap, since ventilated seats in broken cars are rare. Replacing the seats with others is also difficult due to different mounts. Therefore, the installation of a chair of a different model requires modifications. Such seats cannot be installed in any car due to the need to connect electrical and electronic systems.
