The Saab 9-3 Sport Sedan is the first passenger car in history to win the IIHS Double Winner title.

The Saab 9-3 Sport Sedan has become the first passenger car in history to receive the title of "Double Winner" in crash tests by the US Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS).
