With 11 years of history and success behind us, Suzuki V-Strom 650 pair debuts on the market in 2015 as a dal adventurous spirit XTcharacterized by new look and new technical solutions.

It is already on sale in dealerships in three colors - white, red and matte gray - with Prices beginning with 8.590 euro (same price as the City version, which has now dropped to € 8.190).

V-Strom 650 XT Abs: beak like the 1988 DR-Z

From an aesthetic point of view Suzuki V-Strom 650XT is distinguished by the presence of a beak that resembles the original look DR-Z, was used in Paris-Dakar 1988 and reminds in front of an older sister V-tree 1000.

However, this is not a purely aesthetic solution: the beak is actually provided with intake ducts through which air enters the radiator.

However, even those who already own V-Tree 650 City (standard) has the option to be installed as an accessory to spice up the look of your bike.

The shape of the tank also changes, it becomes thinner to give more legroom for the rider and make it easier for the legs to rest on the ground. A higher or lower seat is available upon request.

Adjustable windshield and spoke rims

The windshield is now more aerodynamic and regulated on three levels. In 17 '' spoke wheels at the rear and 19 '' at the front (with 110/80 tires at the front and 150/70 at the rear) is lighter and better absorbs bumps in the asphalt at low speeds.

Engine and chassis unchanged

Doesn't change the engine: four-stroke 90 ° V-twin, 645cc double camshaft cm, capable of generating power 69 HP and 60 Nm of maximum torque.

Instead, delivery improves and consumption decreases. The chassis is unchanged. The frame is always double-girder made of aluminum, as strong and light as the swingarm.

The front fork is adjustable 5-stage preload... On the other hand, there is a convenient handle on the back, located on the right side of the bike, with which you can increase or decrease the preload depending on the luggage and the passenger.
