Switch eScrambler: retro-futuristic electric motorcycle

The Switch eScrambler, which offers real autonomy of up to 150 kilometers and a top speed of 150 km / h, is due to hit the market in 2022.

If Switch Motorcycles is a relatively young brand in the world of electric two-wheelers, then its founder Matthew Waddick is not the original creator. In 2018, this China-based New Zealander, along with Shanghai Customs, another of his companies, was already launching the marketing of electrification kits for the Honda Cub, a very popular model on the Asian continent.

Determined to continue the adventure, this time starting to develop a "complete" electric motorcycle, the entrepreneur founded Switch Motorcycles and has just unveiled an electric motorcycle with a pretty impressive look.

The neo-retro Switch e-Scrambler was designed by former Yamaha designer Michel Rees. Its characteristics: to design an original car with the preservation of the perspective of launching it into production.

Marketing in 2022

If the visuals presented suggest a fairly successful car, there is still a lot of work to be done before the model is industrialized.
