The Taiwanese manufacturer with nearly 60 years of tradition has four trump cards in its offer of four-wheelers for the European market. While it is being set up anew in Slovenia, we rode the biggest, best and, of course, the most expensive. But contrary to expectations, the price of the MXU 700 EPS T3 remains moderate, as it costs just over 10 thousand.

I think value for money is one of the strengths of this ATV. At the same time, I had a less equipped and “fashionable” ATV for tests, which differs from it in slightly more basic equipment and homologation for one. This one is even more interesting in terms of price, as the MXU T3 costs 8.490 euros. The abbreviation at the end of the name means that the power steering is equipped with a steering wheel, and you don't need to have that much power on hand in difficult terrain. It is powered by a 694,6 cubic-foot single-cylinder engine that is powerful enough (45 hp in the open version) to make driving on gravel roads a lot of fun.

It also takes corners, but this is already beyond the limits thanks to the comfort-oriented suspension. In a turn, especially if two people are sitting on it, it will slide sideways, but its nose likes to pull out of the turn. It offers more pleasure from a more panoramic ride, where there is well proportioned space for the driver and co-driver, a very comfortable seat and a suspension that absorbs bumps very well. In extreme conditions, over stones and deep ruts, it does not hesitate and fits almost everywhere, with great reliability and a good sense of security.

The fact that this is not a Taiwanese toy, but a working machine, I also tested on a very steep descent, where, in addition to all-wheel drive, I also included a gearbox and a differential lock. We also need to praise the winch, which is included in the kit and easily removes a fallen dead spruce with a trunk diameter of about 30 cm. Even the hitch is not for decoration, but the firewood trailer easily pulls up the slope. Sitting comfortably behind a wide steering wheel requires traveling and exploring hard-to-reach trails, and 21 liters of fuel is enough for several hours of driving along forest paths.

I also have to compliment the large waterproof box in front of the driver with phone charging capability and the smaller lockable box and last but not least, the large trunk at the front and rear.
