I have one recipe for a no-bake biscuit cake that I adapt to the circumstances and resources of my pantry. You can make at least 4 different cakes from it - with vanilla, chocolate, fondant cream or halva. To prepare vanilla, fondant and halva cream, we need pudding with vanilla or cream flavor. Chocolate mass is best prepared from chocolate pudding. Add to creams, depending on the taste, halva, chocolate, fudge, or add nothing if you want to make a cake with vanilla cream. If you don’t like very sweet desserts, I suggest breaking up the sweetness of creams with jam - halva goes well with raspberries, chocolate with plums, and fudge with currants. One jar of jam with a volume of 200 ml is more than enough.

Cake without baking on a biscuit - recipe 

Composition:

  • 500 g biscuits
  • 600 ml of milk
  • 1 / 3 cup sugar
  • Two packages of selected pudding
  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g supplement: halva, dark chocolate or fudge.
  • 100 ml cream 36%
  • 100 g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
  • Optional: jar of jam

To prepare sponge cakes, we need 500 g of cookies and a mold measuring approximately 24 cm x 24 cm. Cover the mold with cling film and place the cookies in it so that it forms the bottom.

Boil 500 ml milk with sugar in a saucepan. Pour the remaining 100 ml into a mug and dissolve two packs of vanilla or chocolate pudding in it. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and, stirring constantly, bring the pudding to a boil. Cover with foil so that it touches the top of the pudding (so that the sheepskin does not protrude). Let it cool down.

Beat the butter with a mixer until it becomes fluffy. Add 1 tablespoon cooled pudding, 1 tablespoon crushed halva/melted chocolate/fondant and mix. We spread the cookies in the form of a thin layer of jam, if using, cover 1/3 of the cream. Cover with cookies, grease with jam, pour over with cream. Repeat until the ingredients run out.

Drizzle the finished cake with chocolate icing. The easiest way is to boil 100 ml of 36% cream in a saucepan and pour over 100 g of dark chocolate broken into pieces. Mix chocolate and cream until a homogeneous mass is formed, which is then poured onto the dough.

We decorate our no-bake cake with chopped chocolate, nuts, freeze-dried raspberries, crushed halva, or leave it with the filling only. We put in the refrigerator for several hours.

Simple tiramisu on cookies - recipe

Composition:

  • 200 ml cream 36%
  • 5 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 pack of mascarpone cheese

Long cookies are the perfect ingredient for no-bake cakes. One of the most popular is tiramisu. I confess that of all the options for tiramisu, I like the simplest, without alcohol and eggs. Just buy a pack of Ladyfingers cookies. Put them on the bottom of a rectangular pan or break into pieces, sprinkle with strong coffee (you can espresso, or you can just instant). In a mixer, beat 200 ml of 36% cream into a strong foam, add 5 tablespoons of powdered sugar and 1 pack of mascarpone cheese. We spread the cheese on the cookies, arrange the next layer of cookies, soak it and grease it with cream. Sprinkle cocoa on top before serving.

A great option for tiramisu is tiramisu with lemon curd and beziques. Soak the cookies in strong tea with lemon. Add 3 tablespoons lemon curd to whipped cream and mascarpone. We associate banana cake with a moist, fragrant piece with a hint of cinnamon and a generous portion of sweet cream. Such a pie in the absence of an oven can be made in a pan. This is not a very simple procedure - you need to have a non-stick pan, patience and the ability to turn large portions of dough in the middle of baking / frying. However, the effect is brilliant. Composition:

  • 2 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • XNUMX / XNUMX cup milk
  • XNUMX/XNUMX cup oil
  • 2 cups flour

  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

It is enough to pour jelly into the bowl in layers of different colors (we prepare them according to the instructions on the package, but adding half as much water as it is written in the recipe) and wait with the next filling until the previous one hardens. Then put the bowl in warm water so that the jelly melts around the edges, and with a confident movement transfer everything to a plate. Such a jelly dessert looks beautiful and children like it. It can be served with whipped cream and pretend that it is a full-fledged cake.

The easiest no-bake cold cheesecake - recipe

Composition:

  • 4 packs of jelly (multi-colored)
  • 800 g vanilla cheese
  • 400 ml of water

You can also make a classic cold jelly cheesecake. In four separate vessels, prepare jelly 4 colors, again adding half as much water as indicated in the recipe. We cool it down. Cut the jelly into colorful cubes.

Prepare 800 g of vanilla cheese (or mix curd cheese from a bucket with powdered sugar to your heart's content). I boil 400 ml of water in a saucepan, add 2 bright jellies, remove the pan from the heat and continue to stir the jellies until the gelatin dissolves. Set aside for a moment to cool.

During this time, line a 24 cm springform or baking dish with baking paper or cling film. Combine cheese curds with cooled jelly (jelly should be cold). Pour a little into the mold, add jelly, fill it with mass again and add multi-colored jelly again. We do this until we use all the ingredients. We put it in the refrigerator for several hours, and preferably at night.
