TP-LINK TL-WPA2220KIT

Probably, everyone is well aware of the fact that limited access to the Internet (and even more so its absence) can completely disrupt the functioning of both an individual and an entire enterprise. In addition to the failure of network devices, the most common cause of poor signal quality is their not very impressive range, which is even more painful if there are several thick walls between the router and the computers assigned to it. If you are also struggling with a similar problem, then the best solution would be to buy a very smart accessory that "transmits" the Internet through ... your home electrical network! There are already several products of this type on the market, but few of them offer the same functionality as TP-LINK equipment.

The kit includes two relays: TL-PA2010 Oraz TL-WPA2220. The principle of operation of both devices is child's play. The setup starts by connecting the first transmitter to a home Internet source, such as a regular router. After connecting both devices with an Ethernet cable, plug the first module into a power outlet. Half of the success is over - now it's enough to take the receiver (TL-WPA2220) and plug it into an outlet in the room where the wireless Internet signal should be transmitted. At the end, we synchronize both transmitters with the corresponding button, and this is where our role ends!

The biggest advantage of using this type of accessory is the fact that the distance we can transmit the network signal is limited mainly by the size of the electrical infrastructure in a given building. As a result, the TP-LINK product can be used almost anywhere, from a small home to a huge warehouse. The undoubted advantage of this equipment over competing accessories is that the receiver, in addition to two Ethernet ports (allowing you to connect, for example, a printer or other office equipment to the network), is equipped with a built-in Wi-Fi module in the case. /g/n is a standard that makes this baby work as a portable signal antenna for devices using wireless Internet.

Theoretically, the signal can be transmitted through sockets up to 300 meters, but for obvious reasons, we cannot confirm this information. However, during the tests, we noticed that in terms of signal quality, the way the two modules are connected is of great importance. We have achieved much better results by connecting them directly to the outlet, and not plugging them into extension cords, for example. Also important is the general condition of the electrical network of the building in which we want to use this equipment - in apartment buildings, offices or relatively new houses everything will work without problems, but if you planned to use a relay, for example in a pre-war apartment building with a worn out electrical installation, then the quality of the end result may be somewhat different.

The price of a tested relay kit ranges from PLN 250-300. The amount may seem high, but remember that purchasing this type of accessory is the only (and most reliable) way to increase your wireless coverage almost anywhere.
