TPS - Trailer Stability Program

An additional function of ESP is to correct the trajectory of the assembly of a car with a trailer.

Check the yaw rate of the vehicle / trailer assembly: if either of the limits is exceeded, the vehicle decelerates by closing the throttle and applying the brakes until the trajectory of both is restored.

This is a system developed by Opel.
