The drunk cyclist had 4,7 ppm of alcohol
On Monday, police officers from the police station in Warta near Sieradz detained a 30-year-old cyclist who was riding a snake skin in one of the villages of the commune. After checking with a breathalyzer, it turned out that there were more than 4,7 ppm of alcohol in the man's body.
Before the examination, the man admitted that he was drunk. Explaining to the policemen, he said that he was still celebrating the "Days of Warta" and had drunk some beer before the trip.

The 30-year-old had previously been arrested for drunk driving and banned from driving until 2015.
For violating the ban, he can be imprisoned for up to 3 years.
