Unu launches its new connected electric scooter

The new Unu electric scooter, developed in collaboration with Bosch and LG, announces new connected features and promises a range of up to 100 kilometers. At a price of 2799 euros, the car will start shipping in September.
The second generation of Unu electric scooters, still approved in the 50cc equivalent category. See, equipped with a Bosch engine. Available in three versions (2,3 or 4 kW), the top speed is limited to 45 km / h.
The Berlin-based startup's new model, which can seat up to two passengers, can integrate up to two batteries. Each kit, equipped with elements from the Korean LG group, promises up to 50 kilometers of battery life, or 100 kilometers in total with two batteries. These removable batteries fit under the saddle and we can only welcome their good integration as there is enough storage space to accommodate two helmets.
Connected app
With its new electric scooter, Unu is also launching a new connected app. Using their smartphone, the user will be able to find out the location and state of charge of the battery, as well as receive a warning in case of suspicious movement of the car. An application that can also duplicate the route on the dashboard of the car or activate the car with a digital key, which can be easily shared with friends.
New features that allow Unu to take the first step in the car-sharing market, opening up to specialized operators, but starting the development of a network between individuals.

The new Unu scooter, available with three motors (2, 3 or 4 kW), will replace the Unu Scooter Classic, which will end in a few weeks.
Available in seven colors, it can be pre-ordered online with a down payment of € 100. In terms of price, the 2 kW version starts at 2799 euros including taxes. For the 3 and 4 kW versions, it will cost 3299 and 3899 euros, respectively.
