Yespark Cyclo: a safe place for your bike for 10 € / month

This new offer from Yespark offers a secure box in car parks in the city center for € 10 per month. A solution that city cyclists have been looking forward to when faced with theft and space constraints.

As you know, 2020 has become fertile ground for the development of cycling. The use of bike lanes has increased by 27%, and the deconfinement in May 2020 was an opportunity for all French people, especially in big cities, to move away from public transport in favor of two-wheelers. The government has also supported this enthusiasm by investing 200 million euros, among others in campaigns such as "Bicycle is my barrier gesture" or "Helping hand to cyclists".

But bicycles have always been very popular prey for thieves, especially since the massive introduction of electric models, which have become more expensive and therefore more attractive. In one year, thefts of e-bikes and traditional bicycles increased by 60%, despite integrated anti-theft and lock systems.

Cyclists face a second problem, especially in the city center: a lack of parking spaces. There are only 40 safe places in Paris alone, and there are several hundred thousand bicycles in circulation.

Yespark Cyclo offers safe boxing in car parks in the city center and automatic access to your bike from a mobile app starting at € 10 per month. About 25 places have already been equipped, and by 000 Yespark plans to open 2025.
