Replacing the front wing with VAZ 2114, 2115 and 2113
The most common reason why you have to change the front fenders on the VAZ 2114-2115 is their damage as a result of an accident. Also, with a sufficiently long operation, especially in urban conditions, the fenders of the car corrode, as a result of which they have to be changed.
To complete this repair, you will need a minimum of tools:
- 8 mm head
- Ratchet or crank
- Extension
- Phillips screwdriver
Removing and installing front fenders VAZ 2113, 2114 and 2115
The first step is to unscrew the 4 wing mounting bolts from above.
Another bolt is located in the lower corner of the wing, which is clearly shown in the photo. Of course, we first unscrew and remove the threshold molding using a Phillips screwdriver.
Then at the top of the wing:
The remaining two bolts are on the inside, and in order to get to them, you need to remove the wheel arch liner.
Now you can remove the wing, as nothing else holds it.
Replacing the wing is carried out in the reverse order, of course, this part is pre-painted.
