Instructions for replacing the belt on Nissan Qashqai

We loosen the tension bolt with a head of 14, it is located under the generator

We loosen the nut with 13 tension rollers (90 degrees). Let's install the new belt. First, they launched it on the crankshaft, then on the air conditioner, on the idler pulley and on the generator.

Check if it matches in slots. Tighten the tension bolt.

Tighten the nut on the tension roller.

Fixing the result:

We put the car on the viewing or raise and remove the right front wheel.

We unscrew and remove the fender liner from the engine side on the right side towards the car.

The condition of the belt is checked by external inspection.

Using a wrench, turn the idler pulley clockwise until the idler belt loosens.

We fix the tensioner in a compressed state and insert the plug into the hole in the tensioner bushing and into the timing cover.

Remove the accessory drive belt.

If the accessory strap is not removable for replacement, then it is necessary to mark the direction of movement with a marker or chalk to draw an arrow.

We installed a new accessory drive belt and previously removed parts.
