To work you will need:
- Jack;
- Luke or elevator;
- A set of socket and open-end wrenches: "19", "17";
- Mounting or tube amplifier.
Replacing the clutch VAZ 2110 step by step instructions
1. “Start” the bolts of the left wheel, then raise the front of the car and put it on jacks.
2. Remove the wheel and unscrew the two bolts securing the lower ball joint.
3. Remove the "-" battery terminal.
4. Remove the DMRV, then loosen the DMRV corrugation clamp, remove the air filter.
5. Now you need to remove the clutch cable from the clutch fork. Loosen the two lock nuts that secure the cable to the transmission bracket.
6. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a starter to a box, then unscrew the first bolt of fastening of a control point.
7. Go to the tube amplifier "19". Nearby is another gearbox mounting bolt.
8. Loosen this nut and starter top mounting bolt.
9. Remove the speed sensor connector, then unscrew the speedometer cable.
10. Remove the longitudinal brace paired with the lever.
11. Now unscrew the lower starter mounting bolt.
12. We unscrew the 3rd screw of the gearbox, in the area of \uXNUMXb\uXNUMXbthe right CV joint there is another nut that needs to be unscrewed.
13. Turn away two bolts of fastening of reactive draft.
14. Turn away a nut located on a collar of draft of a drive of a drive of management of a box, then remove this draft from a box.
15. We put an emphasis under the engine, then unscrew the two nuts that hold the rear cushion. This is done just in case, so that if the engine is lowered too much, its hoses do not break.
16. Carefully remove the gearbox from the motor and lower it to the ground, it will hang on the axle shafts.
17. I recommend that you replace the clutch release bearing at the same time.
Carry out a wear assessment, replace the disc and, if necessary, the clutch basket, check if the petals are normal.
