Finally I got back to them. As you remember, last time I put on a febest, which naturally affected everything. Now I noticed that one of the sites creaks with an arrow. I started looking where and it turned out that on the rear caliper inside the block, unlike everyone else, it already ends 4 times faster than the others.

The time was only 25-30 minutes and during this time I only changed the pads in places with my thoughts enough for a couple of days. For a couple of days I stocked up with everything I could imagine at that time and went to the garage. In the glove compartment I bought the original repair kit with all the rubber bands and grease, in my head “I'm here quickly once and for all”, in the garage the nectaries sing. The first one went strong.

  1. 1 Push the piston
  2. take out the old bushing with the retaining ring,
  3. clean and clean everything,
  4. lubricate the piston
  5. Replace the rubber seal inside the caliper housing
  6. We put a new bushing after lubricating it with grease from the kit on the upper piston skirt
  7. We insert the piston into the caliper cylinder with your fingers almost to the end.
  8. We insert the lower part of the sleeve into the seat between the piston wall and the cylinder wall and slightly recess it inside
  9. Then I check to see if the hose is sitting where it should be by inserting a small ratchet extension into the hole where the brake hose is screwed in and depressing the piston until the hose is stretched to its full length.
  10. Carefully insert the circlip and be careful not to pierce the bushing.
  11. Insert the piston back into the caliper.
  12. We take out the rubber bands from under the guide and the walking sleeve, clean all the places, lubricate, put on new rubber bands and assemble again.
  13. We are pumping the system.

So, on the one hand, everything went perfectly, and on the other hand, the guide on the caliper turned sour, I fought with her for an hour, and in the end she defeated me. The guide broke on the threaded fastener. For 30 minutes I took it out of the support, took it out, and for 15 minutes I took it out of the stand, took it out. Fortunately, I have a younger brother who drove a Euro car and he bought a guide, I put it in place and that's it.

Options were considered to replace the entire caliper with bracket, but Eurocar generally screwed up by selling this crap for 4500 ₽. Then I found a caliper on Avito for 3500 with mounts for both, but it all worked. By the way, for those interested in the kit there were original rubber bands. The Tekstar pads weren't happy with their entire backside history. Installed the vaunted NIBC. By the way, a question for everyone who uses what support for tweezers. Have a nice day and good luck everyone.
