- Yes. Children need to be transported in safety seats or other devices, so you need to install an additional stand or booster in the rear seat between the two seats. These devices have a significant impact on the safety of young passengers, so they must have a safety certificate B and comply with the Polish standard PN-88/S-80053 or be marked with an international certificate "E" or the European Union "e". Tags. Therefore, buyers should pay attention to whether the product has the appropriate markings.

The provision on the obligation to transport children under the age of 12 years, no taller than 150 cm, in a protective seat or other device - a car equipped with seat belts - will apply from May 13 of this year. However, since January of this year. it is forbidden to transport a child under 12 years old in the front seat, except for the protective seat (no other devices, such as a platform) can be used.
