Zero Motorcycles wants to develop its specialty store concept

Inspired by the Tesla model, the Californian brand is preparing to open its first "own" store in the US.

In addition to its network of distributors, Zero Motorcycles also wants to develop its own subsidiaries. Inspired by the Tesla model, the Californian brand wants to develop a store concept where visitors can discover and try out the latest models in the range, as well as get an explanation of how it works and the benefits of its products.

If it represents value, this type of concept is very successful, especially in a market where the need to reinsure potential customers remains important.

First discovery in Orange County

No wonder Zero Motorcycles will open its first store in California on June 23rd. For the manufacturer, it is about a closer presentation of their models with a “product genius” who knows the product inside out. Enough to build trust and maximize the chances of sales materializing.

In addition to specialty stores, the brand also runs promotional tours. After eight stops, one of them started recently in the UK. Again, the idea is similar to that of Tesla, which regularly organizes tours to meet potential clients.

“Riding Zero is quite a challenging experience, so we decided to take our bikes and give them a chance to try them out. A lot of people have preconceptions about electric motorcycles, but I've never met anyone who didn't come back from a test session with a smile on their face. There are no hard sells, just an opportunity for testers to ask any questions they might have, ride one of them, and make up their own minds about electric motorcycles. Said Dale Robinson, UK Brand Manager.
