This is nothing but Saharan dust. Dust Prediction Center in Barcelona predicted that dust from the Sahara arrived in Poland on April 23 and will last for several days. This is facilitated by atmospheric circulation: significantly higher than Eastern Europe and significantly higher than Western Europe.

Both of these systems rush towards us from the south in dusty air masses from the African desert. A large pressure difference between these systems will cause a strong influx of air from the south, and will additionally contribute to strong and gusty (gusts up to 70 km/h) wind.

If we notice that dust has settled on our car, it is better not to wipe it dry so as not to leave traces on the car body in the form of small scratches. Automatic car wash brushes can also be damaged. It is best to go to a touchless car wash and remove it with a jet of water, remembering that the nozzle should not be very close to the car body.
