The 8-speed automatic transmission ZF 8HP90 has been produced by the German concern since 2009 and is installed on especially powerful BMW and Rolls-Royce models under its GA8HP90Z index. The modification of this box for Audi A8, RS6, RS7 has many differences and is known as 0BL.
The first generation 8HP also includes: 8HP45, 8HP55 and 8HP70.
