Let's start with a malfunction when the starter does not turn. Here everything is simpler than a steamed turnip.
If you do not hear the operation of the electromagnetic relay, we check whether + is applied to the black and yellow wire when the ignition key is turned on. Best to check at the contact point on the starter solenoid relay. Getting there is not easy, but possible. The Lifan Solano starter is located on the far side of the engine, under the intake manifold.

Another reason why the starter does not work is the lack of ground in the engine. The negative wire is screwed to the front of the gearbox, be sure to check the reliability of its fastening and the quality of the contact. It is better to unscrew the oxidized contacts, clean and tighten again.
The starter turns but the engine does not start

Below it is the BCM (Body Electronics Control Module). For convenience, it is better to remove it, it is mounted on two turnkey bolts at "8". Three connectors are connected to the block: a long one at the top and two small ones at the bottom. We need a white connector at the bottom.
Everything, now the fuel pump will work regardless of the features and failures of the security system. Of course, the lock function will be lost if you try to start the car with the alarm not disabled.
Checking for spark and injector operation
If there is no spark, the engine will not start either. Checking the assertion is very simple, but you need a helper. Remove the rubber end of the spark plug high voltage wire and pull it out slightly. That is, you need to raise the tip above the candle by 5-7 mm, no more, otherwise, if the spark has nowhere to go, the ignition module or control transistors in the computer may burn out.
The tip rises and the assistant is asked to move the starter with the ignition key. If there is a spark, you will hear clear clicks in the candle well. Thus check up all four cylinders. If there is no spark, the cause may be in the high voltage wires or the ignition module.
On the injectors, you can only check plus 12v constantly supplied to the blue-red wire. With the ignition on, on this cable, each injector must have an on-board network voltage of + 12V. If not, check the fuses again.
A constant plus is supplied to the injectors when the ignition is turned on, through the fuse FS04 and the main relay. There is a fuse and relay on the mounting block under the hood. Their names are signed at the bottom of the cover, in English - main.

The smaller Lifan block is also located in the cabin, behind the small change box and contains only one relay. You can access it by removing the box.

The device is always ready to work when the battery is connected. Just like on the TV, the TV is off, but when you press the button on the remote, it turns on. When you press a button on the standard remote control, the car beautifully opens the doors and turns off the security mode.
(1) Normal mode works when alarm off button is pressed. The anti-theft indicator will flash quickly. Open the door or turn on the ignition and the anti-theft indicator will turn off. The turn indicators will flash once and the siren will sound once. The door is unlocked at the same time as it is opened.
(2) Press the lock to lock the doors in anti-theft mode, the turn signals will flash twice, and the siren will also sound twice.
(3) If the anti-theft protection mode is not disabled, open the door or turn on the ignition, the alarm will sound (and the turn indicators will light up). Press any button on the remote control and after 3 seconds the alarm will sound again.
Only system intervention after 30 seconds will be able to turn off the alarm, otherwise the alarm will continue to work (sound).
(4) If the door is not closed or the ignition is not turned on within 30 seconds after the alarm is turned off, the control system will return to the anti-theft mode.
(5) The anti-theft indicator flashes slowly in the anti-theft mode.
Central lock control system
(1) Disable: Press the disable button to disable the central locking. This can always be done, no matter which mode is running. The turn indicators will flash once and the siren will also chirp once.
(2) Lock: Press the lock button to turn on the central lock. This can always be done, no matter which mode is running. The direction indicators will flash twice, the siren will also sound twice, and the controller will enter anti-theft mode. When the ignition is on, only the lock function is available, and the anti-theft system is not available.
(3) After blocking or disabling operations, the control module will receive a feedback signal from the drive. If the feedback signal is incorrect (for example, the drive motor is damaged), the siren will sound 5 times and the turn signals will flash 5 times to remind the driver that the doors are not unlocked (or open).
(4) Press the key switch on the remote control (effective at low level), and the state of the central lock will change each time the switch is pressed, that is, if the doors are open, they will be closed when pressed and vice versa.
(5) When the vehicle speed exceeds 20 km/h, only the collision unlock works. Other unlock options are available when the vehicle speed is less than 20 km/h.
(6) When the vehicle's speed exceeds 20 km/h, the vehicle will automatically lock all doors if they have not been locked. At a vehicle speed of less than 20 km / h, unlocking does not occur (there is no such function in a simple configuration).
(7) Car doors will automatically unlock in the event of an accident. When the controller receives a collision signal from the airbag unit, the controller performs an unlock operation three times to make sure the doors are open.
