For example, you saw from the window of an office or store that a traffic police inspector and representatives of a towing company appeared near the car, you need to immediately run to the car in order to “hush up” the problem.

The inspector draws up a protocol on the spot, puts his signature and hands over the car to the organization carrying out the evacuation. If you have time before the moment when the representative of the organization signs the protocol, then the inspector is obliged to simply write you a protocol on the violation, and the situation will be considered resolved without evacuation.

You will have to move the car to a place where it will not interfere with the movement of other vehicles, and then pay the fine within the prescribed period.

An important point is that the protocol should indicate the condition of the car at the time of loading, so that if new dents or breakdowns are found, you can claim compensation.
