Chrysler EGQ engine
Content
Chrysler's EGQ 4.0-liter V6 engine was produced at the Trenton plant from 2006 to 2010 and was used in such popular models as Pacifica, Grand Caravan and Town & Country minivans. There is a slightly more powerful version of this power unit with its own EMM index.
The LH series also includes internal combustion engines: EER, EGW, EGE, EGG, EGF, EGN and EGS.

Disadvantages, breakdowns and problems of the internal combustion engine EGQ
This motor has very narrow oil channels, which are often slagged
Due to the lack of lubrication, liners and hydraulic lifters wear out quickly here.
Aggressive EGR operation leads to throttle fouling and floating speed
Exhaust valves are also covered with soot, which cease to close tightly
Another proprietary breakdown is antifreeze leaks from under the pump gasket.
