A film from the driveway of the Honda E was shown at the Goodwood Speed Recording Festival. The car looks good in motion, but the width gives the impression of a light drinker under the arms - with two people in the front seats, it seems to be tight. We learn much more for the little electrician from the Fully Charged record.

At the Goodwood Festival of Speed, the car just drives and we can appreciate the amount of space inside and see the tall roofline. Characteristic of electric vehicles is that the Renault Zoe (B-segment), placed next to the twenty-year-old VW Passat (former D-segment), seems to dominate the latter - thanks to the roofline.

We learn a lot more about the car from the "Fully Charged" entry. The biggest advantages of the Honda e? Very small turning radius: due to the almost 45-degree steering angle, it is about 4,3 meters. Ideal for city maneuvers.

The second vaunted solution is driving with only the accelerator pedal: when we want to start, we press the gas, and when we want to stop, we take off our foot. Getting used to this behavior - after switching to the BMW i3 it took us about 5-7 kilometers around the city - the solution becomes very convenient. Driving an internal combustion vehicle and having to remember to brake quickly becomes tiresome.

Robert Llewellyn also raved about cameras, not mirrors. He has already seen various solutions, probably also in the Audi e-tron, and in his opinion Honda has developed this theme best. People need to quickly get used to screens and, according to the lecturer, they become more comfortable with mirrors.

Honda e specifications? Battery with a capacity of 35,5 kWh, 200 km WLTP (170-185 km real cruising range), charging power up to 100 kW, price 35-40 thousand euros, i.e. in Poland from about 154 thousand zlotys. And it is for this value for money that the car gets the most, because for that amount you can buy few or much larger cars with better mileage. As we predicted two months ago:

> Honda confirms: City electrician to be named Honda E. Price? Removing: one segment higher
