Honda TRX 450

So is the warning at the beginning really appropriate? If you're drooling, think about this: Am I physically fit, is everything I've ridden boring and not crazy enough, and am I ready to spend the day on sick leave? !!

If all the answers are positive, then there are no obstacles!

The Honda TRX 450 is the sportiest four-wheeler on the market (although there will be updated or brand new competitors next year). But make no mistake. This is not a pleasure car or a vehicle that you will primarily be chasing on hosta and gravel roads. No, her place is on the motocross track! All? from the geometry, the extremely compact design and the actual small size of the vehicle itself, to the engine and brakes? to be achieved as soon as possible.

The TRX 450 is sort of like the CRF 450 (Honda's super-successful motocross bike), only it has those four wheels.

The device is explosive and extremely powerful, so it will take a lot of knowledge to tame a wild beast when driving out of a corner, and above all, you need to put in a lot of effort. Since the driver is even “punished” for being soft and indecisive, it is very important that he works at all times, distributes weight correctly and holds the wheel very tightly. When you ride over bumps, there are only two options: either you go upside down, or you calm the situation with determination and active participation. Honda performs best at full throttle and aggressive driving; for such a ride, it was clearly made, as it easily copes with quite real jumps in motocross. And at the same time, nothing falls off from it and nothing breaks.

The quality of the components used is very high. Plastic parts are very similar to motocross motorcycle parts, they do not break (they are light and flexible), the suspension is stiff, but it works well for sports riding, and we have no comments on the brakes. The fuel tank is good enough for a good two hours (even up to three hours) of moderate trolley trail driving or a few more enduro tours, only with more off-road capacity, but here you just need to check the amount of fuel.

So if you're tempted to try your hand at a motocross track, but your motocross bike doesn't smell for some reason, the TRX 450 is a good alternative. You will sweat just as much, and above all, you will get a specific dose of adrenaline every time. Just never let go of the steering wheel! Um, of course, yes, I know this, why is something known in advance. This beast and four tarmac tires and slightly widened trails… uh, we're already seeing a four-wheeled supermoto.
